Welcome to Omnia! This Privacy Policy describes how Individual Entrepreneur EasyAI collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our mobile application "Omnia" ("Application").
By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not use the Application.

No. 3. What Data We Collect and How
We strive to collect only the information that is necessary to provide you with a quality service and for the functioning of the Application.
• 3.1. Data that you provide or that is determined on your device:
• 3.1.1. Zodiac sign: You independently choose your zodiac sign in the Application. This choice is necessary to provide personalized astrological calculations and content.
• 3.1.2. Time zone: Upon first launch, the Application determines your device's time zone. This time zone is used to ensure the accuracy of astrological calculations and the correct display of time-dependent information. The Application will automatically use your device's current time zone on subsequent launches if it changes.
• 3.1.3. Preferred language: Upon first launch, the Application determines your device's language and sets it as the interface language if it is supported. You can later change the Application's language in the settings by choosing one of our supported languages. The selected language allows us to display the Application's interface and content in a language convenient for you.
• 3.2. Providing or determining this data (zodiac sign, time zone, language) is a necessary condition for using the main functions of the Application.
• 3.3. Data collected automatically when using the Application:
• 3.3.1. Unique user identifier (Persistent User UUID): Upon first launch of the Application, a unique anonymous identifier is generated and stored on your device in the secure Keychain storage (with access level kSecAttrAccessibleWhenUnlockedThisDeviceOnly, which means it is not synchronized with iCloud Keychain by default and is only accessible on this device when it is unlocked). This UUID is used to:
• 3.3.1.1. Link your settings (selected language, your device's time zone, selected zodiac sign) and subscription information to your account on our server.
• 3.3.1.2. Enable the restoration of your data and subscription if you reinstall the Application on the same device (provided the UUID is saved in Keychain).
• 3.3.1.3. Link your transactions when purchasing subscriptions to your account through Apple's appAccountToken mechanism, which is formed based on this UUID.
• 3.3.2. Subscription information: We receive information about your purchases (type of subscription purchased, expiration date) from Apple. To verify the purchase and activate the subscription, the JWS token (JSON Web Signature) of your transaction is transmitted from your device to our server.
• 3.3.3. Server technical information: When you interact with our servers, they may automatically receive and record standard technical information, such as your IP address, request type, date, and time. This information is primarily used to ensure security, diagnostics, and stable server operation and is not actively used for your direct identification or tracking.
• 3.4. Data we receive when you contact customer support:
• 3.4.1. If you contact us by email, including through the "Feedback" function in the Application, we will receive your email address, your Persistent User UUID (which is automatically inserted into the email when using the "Feedback" function), and the content of your inquiry. This information is used exclusively to process your request and provide you with a response.
• 3.5. We DO NOT collect and do not request access to:
• 3.5.1. Your first name, last name, patronymic, or nickname (except for your email address and UUID if you contact us yourself).
• 3.5.2. Your phone number.
• 3.5.3. Your date or time of birth (only the zodiac sign you choose).
• 3.5.4. Your precise location (geolocation) via GPS or other location services.
• 3.5.5. Your contacts (address book).
• 3.5.6. Your photos, videos, or other media files.
• 3.5.7. Data from your device's camera or microphone.
• 3.5.8. Data about your health or physical activity (e.g., from HealthKit).
• 3.5.9. Your browser history or search queries.
• 3.5.10. Data from other applications installed on your device.
• 3.5.11. Payment data directly (all purchases are processed by Apple).
• 3.5.12. Information about your gender or age (except for the application rating you see in the App Store).
• 3.5.13. Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or Google Advertising ID).
• 3.5.14. We do not use cookies (except those that may be used by Apple for the purchase process) or other tracking technologies for profiling or displaying personalized advertising in our Application.
No. 4. How We Use Your Data (Purposes)
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
• 4.1. To provide and operate the Application:
• 4.1.1. Creating and maintaining your anonymous account on our server, linked to your Persistent User UUID.
• 4.1.2. Providing personalized astrological content and forecasts based on your specified zodiac sign, time zone, and language.
• 4.1.3. Processing and verifying your purchases, managing your subscriptions, and providing access to the relevant Application functionality.
• 4.2. To communicate with you:
• 4.2.1. Providing responses to your questions, comments, or inquiries sent to our customer support.
• 4.3. To ensure security and comply with legal requirements:
• 4.3.1. Ensuring the security and integrity of our Application and servers, preventing fraud.
• 4.3.2. Fulfilling legal obligations, should any arise.
No. 5. Legal Basis for Data Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases:
• 5.1. Performance of a contract: Processing your Persistent User UUID, zodiac sign, time zone, selected language, and subscription information is necessary to provide you with the Application's services in accordance with our Terms of Use (a link to which you can find in the Application and on the Application's page in the App Store).
• 5.2. Consent: When you voluntarily contact our customer support, you give your consent to the processing of the data you provide (email address, Persistent User UUID, text of your inquiry) for the purpose of responding to your request.
• 5.3. Legitimate interest: We may process some data (e.g., server technical information, Persistent User UUID) to ensure the security of our Application and servers, which is our legitimate interest.
• 5.4. Legal obligation: Processing transaction data (in a de-identified form for us, via JWS token) may be necessary for us to comply with accounting, tax, or other legal obligations.
No. 6. Data Transfer to Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data and do not transfer it to third parties, except in the following cases:
• 6.1. Apple Inc.: In-app purchases are processed by Apple. When making a purchase, you interact directly with Apple, and their processing of your payment data is governed by their own privacy policy. We only receive information from Apple necessary to confirm your purchase and provide you with access to paid services (e.g., JWS transaction token).
• 6.2. Hetzner Online GmbH (Hosting provider): Our servers and databases are located in data centers of Hetzner Online GmbH, located in Finland. Hetzner Online GmbH acts as a data processor on our behalf and is obliged to ensure the security and confidentiality of stored data in accordance with applicable law and our instructions.
• 6.3. Law enforcement and government agencies: We may disclose your personal data if required by law, in response to a valid legal request (e.g., a court order or subpoena).
No. 7. Cross-Border Data Transfer
7.1. Your personal data is stored and processed on servers located in Finland. By using the Application, you understand and agree that your data may be transferred, stored, and processed in Finland, where data protection laws may differ from the laws of your country of residence. We take necessary steps to ensure that your data is processed securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of where it is processed.
No. 8. Data Storage and Security
• 8.1. Storage period: We store your personal data as long as you use the Application, or until we receive a request from you for its deletion (see section "How to Request Deletion of Your Data"). We may also periodically delete account data that has been inactive for a long period of time.
• 8.2. Security: We take the security of your data seriously. We use the HTTPS protocol to encrypt data during transmission between your device and our servers. We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. However, please remember that no method of data transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
No. 9. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data
9.1. Depending on your location and applicable data protection legislation (e.g., GDPR for EU residents), you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
• 9.1.1. Right to access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• 9.1.2. Right to rectification: You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.
• 9.1.3. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data under certain circumstances.
• 9.1.4. Right to restrict processing: You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data.
• 9.1.5. Right to object to processing: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.

No. 10. How to Request Deletion of Your Data
10.1. You can request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. To do this:
• 10.1.1. Send a request to the email address omnia.org.kz@gmail.com.
• 10.1.2. Recommended method: Use the "Feedback" function in the "Profile" section of the Application. When using this function, your Persistent User UUID will be automatically added to your email, which will help us identify your account for deletion more quickly and accurately.
• 10.1.3. If you send a deletion request by other means (not through the "Feedback" function), we may request additional information from you, including your Persistent User UUID (if known to you) or other details that allow us to reliably identify your account, to confirm your identity and prevent unauthorized data deletion.
10.2. We will endeavor to process your deletion request within 48 (forty-eight) hours of its receipt and successful confirmation of your identity.
10.3. After your data is deleted, its restoration will be impossible. Please note that some anonymized or aggregated information that does not identify you may be retained. We may also be required to retain certain information in accordance with applicable law (e.g., for accounting purposes or dispute resolution) even after processing your deletion request.
No. 11. Policy Regarding Children
11.1. The Omnia Application is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18 years of age. If you become aware that a person under 18 has provided us with personal data without parental or legal guardian consent, please contact us immediately at omnia.org.kz@gmail.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.

No. 13. Third-Party Services, Advertising, and Trackers
13.1. The Omnia Application does not contain advertising from third-party ad networks and does not use third-party analytical trackers to track your activity for profiling or advertising purposes.

14.1. This Privacy Policy and the relationship between you and Individual Entrepreneur EasyAI arising in connection with its application are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
